We pride ourselves on providing handcrafted jewellery to the highest standard, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to cancel an ordered item and receive a full refund at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the piece you've ordered.

Your right to cancel your order is subject to the purchase being returned unworn and in its original
condition, including its original packaging. You must also email us within 7 days of receiving your goods to notify us. We must have received the piece(s) within 21 days of this notification.
Any returns received after this period will be at the discretion of Ana Verdun London. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 15 days of the return being received.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of any earrings for hygiene reasons.

Bespoke commissions, made-to-order items or jewellery altered to a customer request are exempt from any refund. This includes rings where the size has had to be altered.

Please note, if you ask us to size a ring (within sizes H–S) from one our Collections and this turns out to be an incorrect size, a 25% re-stocking fee will be payable. We are happy to make a ring to any size you require, but please be aware that this may incur an additional charge and that any sizes made outside our standard range (sizes H–S) will not be exchangable or refundable.

Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item proves to be faulty or we have made an error by sending you an incorrect item.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights.
