When you use this website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions for the supply of goods through www.anaverdun.com. Ana Verdun Jewellery reserves the right to update Term & Conditions as and when necessary. Please check each time you make a purchase in case anything has changed.
Payments will appear as Ana Verdun Jewellery Jewellery on your bank/credit card statement.
On receipt of payment for the goods that you ordered, we will send you a confirmation email to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. Our acceptance of your order constitutes a legally binding contract. Therefore, only adults (persons aged 18 and over) and other individuals who are lawfully entitled to enter into a legally binding contract under English law can make a purchase on this site.
Pricing and delivery
All of our prices are shown in GBP (sterling). Purchases may be made using a debit or credit card through SecureTrading, our secure online payment facility. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Ana Verdun Jewellery reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Non European Community (EU) residents will be liable for any import duties and taxes in the usual way.
Delivery times and charges
UK Delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery and is priced at £9.00. If the item is in stock and you place the order before 12 noon, we can generally deliver the next day.
EU Delivery and RoW Delivery are subject to extra charges.
Cancellations and returns
***Please note, if we need to make a ring especially for you, any returns will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee***
You are entitled to cancel an ordered item and receive a full refund at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. Your right to cancel your order is subject to the purchase being returned unworn and in its original condition. It is also subject to you e-mailing us within 7 days of receiving your goods to get a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Returned goods must be received by Ana Verdun within 21 days of receipt of the RAC, otherwise there will be no guaranteed refund.
